Depthbreak · Android
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you use Depthbreak, a mobile game published by APPSIR3NS.
1. Who is responsible
APPSIR3NS is the independent developer and publisher of Depthbreak. For privacy questions, contact appsir3ns.support@gmail.com.
2. Information handled by the game
Local game data
Depthbreak has no APPSIR3NS account system or developer-operated player backend. It does not directly request your name, email address, telephone number, financial information or precise location. Game progress and settings are stored on your device and are not sent to APPSIR3NS. You can remove them by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game; Android backup settings may allow local data to be restored later.
Advertising and technical data
Depthbreak uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display a menu banner, interstitial ads at natural breaks, and an optional rewarded ad that grants an in-game benefit.
The SDK may automatically collect and share:
- Approximate location, inferred from the device's IP address;
- App interactions, such as app launches, taps, ad interactions and video views;
- Diagnostics, such as launch time, hangs, energy use and SDK performance information; and
- Device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, app set ID and, where applicable, related device or account identifiers.
This information is processed for advertising and marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and legal compliance. It is transmitted using encrypted connections. APPSIR3NS does not sell personal information.
3. Consent and advertising choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other regions where required, privacy choices are handled through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), a Google-certified consent management platform. You may accept, reject or customize available purposes and partners. Depthbreak provides a Privacy choices entry in its settings whenever Google indicates that it is required, allowing you to revisit your choices.
If personalized advertising is declined, Google may still process limited technical data needed to deliver and measure non-personalized or limited ads, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with law.
You can also manage or delete your Android advertising ID in your device settings and manage Google advertising preferences in My Ad Center.
4. Third-party services
Google processes advertising data under its own terms and privacy practices. Learn more:
- Google Privacy Policy

Google and its advertising partners may process information in countries other than your own and use safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it, subject to any Android backup you have enabled. Advertising data is retained by Google according to Google's policies and settings; APPSIR3NS does not control Google's retention periods. Because Depthbreak has no user accounts and APPSIR3NS does not maintain a player database, there is no APPSIR3NS account record to delete.
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it only to answer your request, protect the game and meet legal obligations, and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal data, or withdraw consent. Use the in-app privacy choices when available, your Android and Google advertising settings, or contact us. Requests concerning data controlled by Google may need to be directed to Google.
7. Younger users
Depthbreak is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. For users who are considered children under local law or are below the applicable age of independent consent, age-appropriate advertising restrictions are applied and personalized advertising is not used. If local law requires parental or guardian permission, the game should be used only with that permission.
8. Security
Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but reasonable measures are used to protect information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if Depthbreak's features, advertising setup or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised policy is published.
